Referrals are the best compliment you can give us! As a thank you for spreading the word about our business we are starting a "New Patient Referral Program". For each NEW Patient that comes into our office for care and lists YOU as their referral source we will provide you a gift to thank you.
Referral Program Incentives:
Refer (1) one New patient and Receive a 4oz Tube of BIOFREEZE Gel

Details: A new patient referral is defined as a new patient that comes into our office and receives treatment. In order for us to grant credit to you for providing the referral, the referred new patient must place in writing your name on our intake in the "How did you hear about us?" section. Referral gifts cannot be exchanged for cash value and they cannot be combined with any other offer.
